Ellen Williams Carter is the host of Morning Brew — Jazz Notes Edition, a program she has curated since 1986. A cornerstone of the WPFW community, Ellen has been a devoted listener since the station's founding in 1977 and began her service as a volunteer in 1986. Beyond the microphone, she serves the station in a critical governance role as the Secretary of the WPFW Local Station Board.
