Co-Host, Brother Ah's Collectors: Next Generation in Sound

Craig Hall is a Pan-Africanist, family man, and dedicated lover of African music and culture who co-hosts Brother Ah's Collectors: Next Generation in Sound on WPFW. A long-time listener and supporter of the station before joining as a volunteer, Craig's journey behind the mic began when he was invited as a guest by the late Robert "Brother Ah" Northern. Following Brother Ah's illness, Craig further developed his broadcasting and technical skills by joining the program Voices With Vision alongside his long-time friend and comrade, Netfa Freeman.

Today, Craig is committed to carrying forward the legacy of Brother Ah by curating jazz music that reflects spiritually higher values and deep connections to African culture. His work is driven by a desire to advance WPFW's Jazz and Justice mission, blending exceptional music with a radical political perspective. Craig views his role as a "Scientist of Sound" dedicated to providing programming that cuts through the noise of commercial media to help the community emancipate itself from mental slavery. Through his broadcasts, he strives to provide a message of hope and progress while keeping the spirit of truth-telling alive on the airwaves.
